The Hummus & Pita Co inks Michigan deal

The Hummus & Pita Co., a NYC-based Mediterranean fast casual concept, is expanding to Michigan. The company has signed a five-unit franchise deal with locations in Detroit, Ann Arbor, Troy, Warren and Canton. This is part of larger expansion that includes 20 locations nationwide, according to a company press release.
 
First opened as a family business in 2011, The Hummus & Pita Co now has three units with deals in place to open in Connecticut, Colorado and New Jersey.
