The Habit opening drive-thru in California

The Habit Burger Grill, a California-based restaurant company owned by Yum Brands, is opening a drive-thru location this week in Merced, California, at 3680 G St.

The restaurant will offer dine-in, takeout and drive-thru ordering as well as curbside pick-up and delivery via The Habit mobile app and online at order.habitburger.com. Guests may also order via self-serve kiosks and choose delivery through DoorDash, Postmates and Uber Eats.

"Since our first store opening back in 1969, we have been just as excited for each new location thereafter," Iwona Alter, chief brand officer, said in a company press release. We are committed to bringing our hometown vibe into everything we do, from the food we cook to the energy each new location brings," Alter said.

The Habit Burger Grill has over 330 restaurants in 14 states as well as 13 international locations — seven in China and six in Cambodia.
