The Habit Burger Grill, a California-based restaurant owned by Yum Brands, is opening a drive-thru location next week in Miami Gardens at 18100 NW 57th Ave.

"The Habit Burger Grill was founded in an area where the land meets the sea, so we already feel at home," Iwona Alter, chief brand officer. "We feel honored to bring our fresh, cooked-to-order chargrilled burgers and handcrafted sandwiches to Florida."

Founded in 1969 in Santa Barbara, The Habit Burger Grill has over 330 restaurants the U.S., as well as 13 locations in China and Cambodia.
