The Habit Burger adds 2nd Tempe location

The Habit Burger Grill, owned by Yum Brands and based in California, is opening a second restaurant Wednesday in Tempe, Arizona, at 8905 S. Harl Ave.

"We are so excited to open our 16th Habit restaurant in Arizona and a second location in Tempe," Iwona Alter, chief brand officer, said in a company press release. "The local Habit Team is ready to serve The Habit's award-winning chargrilled menu items to even more Habit fans."

Founded in 1969, Habit now has 285 restaurants in 14 states as well as 12 international locations — eight in China and four in Cambodia.
