MICROS Systems Inc. has announced that The Counter has completed the rollout of the MICROS Restaurant Enterprise Solution (RES) and mymicros.net reporting and business intelligence features for all of its restaurant locations. MICROS now provides local support to each of The Counter’s 24 domestic and two international sites.
Following a thorough review of technology providers, The Counter selected MICROS after opening its third location to provide the company with a reliable point-of-service solution to support its business plan for growth. MICROS RES provides a screen flow to clearly and concisely emulate The Counter’s complex ordering process, providing it with the tools to offer superior customer service.
In order to effectively manage The Counter’s rapidly expanding franchise, mymicros.net also offers reporting and business intelligence modules to compile and organize financial and operational information.
