The Counter launches Market Selection program

March 2, 2010

The Counter has announced the launch of its Market Selection program, which will offer local customers more choices to build their custom burgers.

Now available at all 21 domestic locations, the Market Selection program includes locally sourced and sustainable proteins, cheeses, toppings, sauces and buns, which can be used as individual additions to custom-built burgers. Each location features different toppings and a rotating Market Selection Signature Burger using items from the Market Selection choices.

The new program also provides the opportunity for each location to present ingredients unique to their community. For example, The Counter in Denver recently added a Bison Burger to its menu; the El Segundo, Calif., restaurant offers a Japanese Ahi Burger that pairs perfectly with Wasabi Aioli; and the owners of the Santana Row location in Northern California use grilled salmon with fine herbs as the Market Selection protein, Fennel and Orange Slaw as a topping and an Artisan Ciabatta bun.
