GRILLiT’s Texas Master Franchisor is working with Frausto Design out of San Antonio to create a new interior restaurant design focused on appealing to its largest target market, millennials, according to a company press release.

For millennials, high nutritional value and unique restaurant design are key factors in deciding where to eat. As a group, they are one of the largest generations in history, and are ready to enter and define the economy for years to come, according to the company. To meet their needs, GRILLiT and Frausto Design are designing a restaurant that fulfills millennials' desire for open kitchens, food transparency, sharing tables that can be moved for gatherings, social connections with ample electrical outlets and USB ports and a unique design that is state of the art, according to the release.

The new design will be unveiled at the GRILLiT restaurant location in Round Rock, Texas, in July 2015.
