Texas A&M alumni opening 3rd Rush Bowl unit

Rush Bowls is going to College Station, Texas, thanks to Texas A&M alumni Mike and April Fuchs signing a deal to open their third Rush Bowls at 1509 Texas Ave South, just minutes from campus, a news release said.

"College Station is like a second home to us," Mike Fuchs said in the release. "April and I are both former students and we have a lot of family and friends nearby. We decided to open up our third Rush Bowls location here because of the close connection we have to the area, and because we know that College Station is in need of more health-conscious food options. Rush Bowls is the perfect solution for students and residents who are looking for quick and easy options that are good for you."

The duo owns locations in Flower Mound and Keller, Texas, and the College Station unit, opening Feb. 1, marks Rush Bowls sixth in the state with plans for continued expansion in the coming years.

Rush Bowls, launched in 2004, has 31 locations in 19 states, with over 100 others in various stages of development across 21 states.
