Teriyaki Madness has launched nationwide catering services.

Teriyaki Madness has launched nationwide catering services, according to a company press release.

"As the demand for fresh, fast casual Asian food continues to grow, we want to make it easy for our customers to enjoy Teriyaki Madness wherever they are — at work, at home or on the run," said Teriyaki Madness Marketing Director Kelly Miano.

Miano said the franchise has received a lot of requests for catering from office workers looking for something less ho-hum than your typical lunch spread and less of a hassle to order. To meet that request, the chain is now offering party trays with made-from-scratch Teriyaki sauce, a choice of two proteins, two bases, stir-fry veggies and a starter, such as edamame, eggrolls, pot stickers or Crab Rangoon. The trays come with chaffing dishes, fuel and serving utensils, the release stated
