Teriyaki Madness is hiring on trainers to familiarize new franchisees with the brand, according to a press release. The move was prompted by 13 new openings this year and five more by the end of 2016 for the Denver-based Asian fast casual concept. It5 began with the addition of former Pepsico and Qdoba development veteran Todd Owen as the brand's new VP of development, according to the release.
"Teriyaki Madness is quickly becoming a leader in the Asian fast casual segment and high quality fast casual executives are contacting us," Teriyaki Madness CEO Michael Haith said in the release. "It's our job to make sure each franchisee has the proper training and support to ensure he or she is set up for success."
The new hires include Jodi Boyce, Eli Hensley, Anthony Roberts, Jonelle Scarl, Jorie Sherepita and Taylor Smith, and each bring a wealth of experience to the table.
"We are excited to have our new, talented employees aboard and are already seeing the immediate impact they are making on our restaurant and franchisees," Haith said in the release. "We are thrilled to have them on the team helping with our global expansion."
