Tender Greens open for business in Boston

Tender Greens opened the doors to its Copley Place, Boston location on Dec. 12, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The fast casual store is located at 100 Huntington Ave., according to a press release, and within reach of commuters, shoppers and local businesses.

The restaurant features reclaimed wood for the tables, biodegradable containers, and unique murals by local Boston artist, Mia Cross. The restaurant seats up to 89 people, including both indoor and outdoor patio dining spaces.

"Boston is one of my favorite cities ... one of the world's earliest global trading posts, some of the best colleges in the world, and the place where I enjoyed my first lobster roll. We are on a mission to free people from eating poorly sourced, bad for the environment, and processed 'food.' At Tender Greens we actually make food. Join the revolution,” said Denyelle Bruno, CEO of Tender Greens, in the release.
