Taziki's adds 2 execs to leadership team

Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe has added a pair of industry experts to its executive leadership team — Robert Brown, VP of operations, and Lynn Edwards, VP of human resources and people operations.

Brown, a military veteran of the United States Coast Guard, led franchise operations at Huddle House for the past five years and previously held an assortment of leadership roles at Melting Pot, as well as various franchise operations support roles in his 22 years at Yum Brands. He received his certified franchise executive designation in 2018.

Edwards joins the Mediterranean cafe after most recently serving as VP of field human resources of CKE Restaurants Holdings, the parent company of Hardee's and Carl's Jr. brands. He also served as the national director of Field HR for Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and served in the U.S. Army.

Founded by Keith and Amy Richards in 1998, Taziki's Mediterranean Café is headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, and has nearly 100 locations in 16 states.
