Tavistock Restaurants retains Duke Marketing for PR

Duke Marketing LLC. has been selected and retained by Tavistock Restaurants LLC to handle marketing and public relations duties for the company and its multiple restaurant concepts.
"Linda Duke and her firm are highly respected in the restaurant industry," said Jeff Carl, chief marketing officer, Tavistock Restaurants. "They have a great reputation for creative ideas and effective marketing communications, so we know we are in good hands."
Tavistock Restaurants, based in Emeryville Calif., owns and operates a diverse collection of restaurant concepts ranging from fast casual to upscale dining. The company's portfolio includes Freebirds World Burrito, Sapporo, California Cafe, Napa Valley Grille, Blackhawk Grille, Alcatraz Brewing Co., Cafe del Rey and ZED451.
"I am thrilled to be working with Tavistock Restaurants," said Linda Duke, chief executive of Duke Marketing. "We've done projects with them over the years and have followed their successes. It's exciting to have the opportunity to tell the stories about their amazing brands."
Duke Marketing will provide communications for Tavistock Restaurants and will manage the grand re-launch of Tavistock's recently acquired Sapporo restaurant in Scottsdale, Ariz. Other duties include the handling of public relations for the Freebirds brand including its upcoming opening on the University of Southern California campus.
