Taco Republic Truck launches video series

Kansas City, Mo.'s Taco Republic and the Taco Republic Truck have undertaken a video project highlighting the recent exploits of a local taco lover named "Taco Man." The character, played by KC resident Jeremy Soucy, desperately craves tacos, and to quench his desire he steals the Taco Republic Truck as a way to gain unlimited access to Taco Republic Tacos, according to a company press release.

The video was filmed entirely in the Kansas City Metro area and depicts familiar Kansas City locales, including the Plaza and Westwood areas, and aims to draw attention to the brick-and-mortar version of the Taco Republic brand.

The video (below) is the first in a planned series of videos featuring Taco Man and his misadventures with Taco Republic and the Taco Republic Truck, according to the release.
