Taco Republic menu has unveiled the addition of traditional Mexican dishes and new cocktails.
The restaurant is now serving several new traditional Mexican dishes in the Platos section of its new menu. New Platos will include seasoned chicken or diablo shrimp fajitas, served with sautéed onions, poblano peppers, jalapeños, pico, guacamole, jack and cheddar cheeses and white corn tortillas. Chicken Enchiladas, made with Taco Republic's wood-fired chicken, and Chicken Tamales will accompany the fajitas, both served with cilantro lime rice and ranchero beans. The Al Verde salad will also debut, featuring seasonal fresco ingredients.
Taco Republic new beverage roll out will include several new margaritas, cocktails and tequila selections such as the Casa Margarita citrus twist of fresh lime, lemon and orange juices, the Mexican Mule and the Cherry Cabrito.
