Sweet Tomatoes & Souplantation adds lemon-themed menu items this weekend only

Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes restaurants announced today it will offer limited time menu items featuring lemons this weekend. The 'Pucker Up' menu is available in Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes locations across the country until July 13.

"Summer is a great time to enjoy lemonade, frozen lemon ice and other unique dishes that celebrate the season," CEO John Morberg said in a news release. "We're excited to bring these fresh, new menu items to our guests."

The Pucker Up menu includes Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup, Lemon Cream with Capers Hot Pasta and, during dinner hours, Lemon Lava Cake. The restaurants will also feature a Gluten-Free Lemon Muffin which is available both in restaurant and for take-home sale.

Gluten-Free Lemon Muffin bags, which include two muffins, can be purchased for $1.29 while supplies last. All Club Veg members will receive an exclusive discount coupon today to purchase the Lemon Muffin bag for 49 cents.
