Sweet Lorraine's allowing customers to become mixologists

New cocktail infusions include cilantro, basil, kaffir lime, ginger with star anise and organic strawberry with black pepper. Each can be paired with the customer's choice of vodka, tequila, gin, whiskey or rum.

Sweet Lorraine's Fabulous Mac n'Cheez! is introducing Mac n'Brewz! to allow guests to customize pasta and booze orders, said Founder and Chef Lorraine Platman.

"We want our guests to be the mixologists and to come up with their own cocktails starting with our chef-driven infusions," she said.

The infusions include cilantro, basil, kaffir lime, ginger with star anise and organic strawberry with black pepper, and each can be paired with the customer's choice of vodka, tequila, gin, whiskey or rum.

Mac n' cheeses dishes include fajitas, pulled pork BBQ and a twist to the Detroit-inspired Coney Dog Mac, Platman said.
