BlueMauMau: The Supreme Court ruled last October that it would review an appellate court decision in the case of a former Atlanta Bread franchisee who had been terminated for allegedly violating his non-compete clause in opening a PJ's Coffee franchise.
The Supreme Court ruled Monday that Atlanta Bread did not have the right to terminate Lupton Smith's franchise locations in 2006.
