Freshii opens 7 stores in 5 days

Chicago-based Freshii has set a new record in opening seven new restaurants, across four countries, in a five-day period.

It's the latest achievement from Freshii, which has, in the last 10 years, opened more than 200 locations in 20 countries. The latest locations are:

• Quito, Ecuador
• Bellevue, Washington
• Brea, Californa
• Cardalesde Cayala, Guatemala
• Cochrane, Alberta - Canada
• Calgary, Alberta - Canada
• Montreal, Quebec - Canada

All of the locations feature their own look, but serve Freshii's regular offerings which revolve around healthy eating. Founder Matthew Corrin opened the first Freshii location in 2005 and continued opening the company's first 100 locations.
