In addition, a new three-bean chili will join the soup menu and a warm brownie served a la mode will round out the dessert offerings.

“People love the idea that they have a choice between customizing their own flatbread or salad or trying one of the chef’s new creations,” said Brad Mason, president and chief executive officer. “We found that by just adding a few new ingredients to the menu, we opened up endless combinations for our guests.”

The concept focuses on proving fresh and healthy food in a fun, urban loft environment. All of the signature flats are under 500 calories and low in saturated fats with zero grams of trans fats.

Demonstrating its dedication to eco-friendly endeavors, Stone Flats uses energy-efficient appliances and lighting in the restaurant and recyclable paper and plastic products. Much of the furniture and building material in Stone Flats restaurants are recycled such as the chairs made from recycled Coca-Cola bottles and the wood on the walls which came from reclaimed Wyoming snow fences.
