Sticky's Finger Joint, a New York City-based fast casual chicken finger restaurant, is converting its third New Jersey location in Union Township to its first drive-thru restaurant.
"The drive-thru format has always been something that customers value, and even more so in the current landscape. Our goal from the start of Sticky's has been to create the best-in-class chicken finger experience for our guests," CEO Jon Sherman said in a company press release. "The drive-thru will enable us to enhance that experience for many of our loyal fans in Union, NJ. This is a big step for our brand as we continue to grow and learn."
Sticky's is working with Delphi and Toastto create a smooth ordering process using a newly designed Order Confirmation Screen, Sherman said. This integration is the first time Toast's technology has been utilized in a drive-thru setting, according to the release.
Sticky's Finger Joint was founded in 2012 in Greenwich Village, New York.
