Stevi B's Pizza Buffet has new LTO Sriracha pizzas

Stevi B's has a limited-time promotion featuring Sriracha hot sauce.

Stevi B's announced a limited-time promotion featuring Sriracha hot sauce. From now through May 31, Stevi B's invites customers to experience a variety of Sriracha-inspired pizzas, available at all 33 of the company's locations nationwide, according to a company press release.

"Consumers are craving bolder and more assertive flavors, and we are excited to experiment with Sriracha sauce, one of the most popular hot sauces in the U.S., in unique pizza combinations all served on our unlimited buffet," said Jennifer Rotondo, chief marketing officer for Stevi B's.

Stevi B's new Sriracha menu includes three pizza options on their unlimited buffet:

• Sriracha Alfredo Pizza: Pizza crust, Sriracha alfredo sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese topped with chicken and bacon crumbles drizzled with Sriracha sauce. (The Sriracha alfredo sauce will also be available for pasta at the buffet.)
• Sriracha Pepperoni Pizza: Pizza crust, Sriracha red sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese topped with pepperoni and pineapple.
• Sriracha Ham Pizza: Pizza crust, Sriracha red sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese topped with ham and green peppers

Restaurants will also be serving a new pizza dessert to balance the trio of Sriracha pizzas:

• Pineapple Upside Down Dessert: Pizza crust topped with vanilla Bavarian cream, brown sugar sprinkle, crumble topping and chopped cherries.
