Starbucks to pay $3 million in expense suit

Seattle Times: Starbucks Corp. will pay up to $3 million to settle a lawsuit that alleged the company did not reimburse mileage expenses to employees in California.
Store managers, assistant managers and shift supervisors who worked at California stores from March 2003 until March 2008 will be eligible for payments of up to $75 each before taxes, according to the terms of the settlement.
