Starbucks Reserve Roasteries has launched a collection of merchandise, made by women working with All Across Africa, an organization helping artisans in rural Africa bring their products to the global marketplace, according to a company press release.
The designs are inspired by the story and design of Starbucks Reserve Rwanda Hingakawa coffee, available in Starbucks Reserve locations for the summer.
Beginning this week, customers can order coffee made with this single origin coffee that features multilayered notes of Meyer lemon and ginger with a molasses sweetness.
Inspired by the culture behind the single-origin coffee, Starbucks has collaborated with All Across Africa, an organization that employs female Rwandan weavers to create sustainably chic homewares, to debut a collection of handwoven homeware items.
These items are available at the Starbucks Reserve Roasteries in Chicago, New York and Seattle, and the SoDo Starbucks Reserve Store in Seattle, while supplies last.
