Starbucks on mission to close gender pay gap

Starbucks created and launched an infographic Monday showing that it was committed to 100 percent gender pay equity.

"We've achieved it — and maintained it — for partners in the U.S and we’re also working toward reaching 100 percent gender pay equity for Starbucks partners globally," according to a company press release.
