Soup's on at Panera Bread

Fall is here, which means it's soup season at Panera Bread. The brand added three soups this week to its menu. They include:

• Fireside Chili, packed with beef, kidney beans, fire-roasted tomatoes and green chili peppers, simmered in a broth flavored with a blend of chilis, and cilantro.
• Rustic Baked Potato Soup, featuring homestyle cuts of potatoes with bacon, chives and seasoning simmered in a Monterey Jack cheese sauce and topped with asiago cheese.
• Autumn Squash Soup with butternut squash and pumpkin simmered in vegetable broth with honey, apple juice, cinnamon and a hint of curry — finished with sweet cream and topped with roasted, salted pumpkin seeds.

Panera is also unveiling a new kids' menu featuring:

• Whole Size Grilled Cheese.
• Whole Size Turkey Sandwich.
• Whole Size Ham Sandwich.
