Souplantation sued over E. coli, 15 people exposed

San Francisco Examiner: A 72-year-old woman who ate at a Lake Forest, Calif., Souplantation has sued the company,claiming it served contaminated food that caused her kidneys to fail.Alice Secrist, did not test positive for the bacteria that infected 15 people last month, but was hospitalized with similar symptoms including abdominal cramps, bloody diarrhea, dehydration and fatigue.
