Queens, New York-based Somedays Bakery, an artisanal bakery serving croissants and La Colombe coffee, is opening its doors to franchise opportunities.
Led by CEO Peter Phillips, CFO Dion Vangelatos, CDO Eddie Mamiye and Chief Culinary Officer Arlander Brown, the baker has a second location opening soon in Long Island City.
