SoFresh opens Tampa Westshore location

Tampa-based SoFresh is opening a store in today in the Town Square Center along Westshore Boulevard, a news release said.

The restaurant is operated by franchisees Eric & Colin Mathers. It is the father and son team's first location. The company plans to open eight to 10 stores next year, with expansion throughout Florida, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Georgia.

SoFresh said in the release it has a total of 13 stores either open or "committed to open" in Florida and Pennsylvania.
