Sofi's Crepes to franchise

BALTIMORE—Sofi's Crepes developer Ann Costlow has announced plans to franchise the Baltimore-based creperie with the help of franchise consulting firm Francorp.
Costlow, a former stockbroker of 16 years, opened Sofi's Crepes in 2004 after spending time in France. Two locations are open in Baltimore.
