Sofi's Crepes to franchise

The Daily Record: The owner of Sofi's Crepes in Baltimore is franchising her 5-year-old business. Ann Costlow, who opened her second Baltimore location a year and a half ago, said she's not worried that the economic downturn contributing to lower restaurant revenues will hinder her own expansion. But those who follow the restaurant industry say that the legal and administrative fees associated with franchising could be a burden on Costlow's two existing restaurants.
