Smoothie King Franchises revealed today the company's first new logo in nearly two decades. The fresh and sleek marquee serves as a symbol of the company's aggressive growth strategy, said Owner Wan Kim. Coupled with the logo announcement is the naming of David Moore as VP of marketing. The QSR and advertising industry veteran will play a critical role in the company's brand strategy and future product development, Kim said.
Smoothie King's new brand identity coincides with the celebration of 40 years of operation and its global expansion plans that includes 2,000 Smoothie King stores by 2017. The revamped logo, created by retail design experts WD Partners, is a nod to Smoothie King's historic roots while offering a clean, modern approach to health, fitness and community, Kim said
"Smoothie King is the only smoothie franchise that has the legacy of 40 years in business while being the fastest growing smoothie company of the future," he said. "Today, we unveil a new look for our brand that represents the quality and freshness of our product, and our commitment to the future, as we rapidly expand both in the U.S. and globally."
