Smashburger invades Las Vegas
February 23, 2010
Smashburger will soon introduce its fast casual approach to building a better burger to Las Vegas. The franchisee's first Sin City location will open on March 17 and be located on the corner of Lake Mead and Buffalo. The Las Vegas locations are owned and managed by SB Las Vegas LLC.
The new locations will feature special menu items that highlight the spirit of the city.
The Sin City Smashburger starts with a one-third or half-pound ball of 100-percent certified Angus beef, fried egg, applewood-smoked bacon, American cheese, grilled onions, haystack onions and smash sauce on an artisan egg bun. The Sin City also is available as a Sin City Smashchicken sandwich.
The All Nighter salad begins with a crisp romaine and iceberg lettuce and is topped with chopped applewood-smoked bacon, fried eggs, guacamole, fresh diced tomatoes, haystack onions and cheddar cheese, with buttermilk ranch dressing.
Guests can top off a meal with sweet potato Smashfries tossed in rosemary, olive oil and garlic as well as fried pickles or a caramel Häagen-Dazs shake.
