Smashburger debuts nationwide catering menu

Although the COVID-19 pandemic halted traditional catering, businesses have started to welcome workers back to the office, which is leading to a demand for off-premises catering and group dining options. What's more, according to a MarketWatch report, the number of consumers working from home at the beginning of 2022 dropped to a new pandemic low of 14.4%.

To better meet these demands and serve office workers, Smashburger has elevated its menu offerings catering program, featuring the following options.

• Build-Your-Own Smashburger Bar
  Made in 10-person increments, the bar comes with individually wrapped burgers, a choice of up to two protein types on toasted buns, as well as individually packaged condiments with a choice of American or Cheddar cheese and lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, Smash Sauce, mayo and ketchup.
• Build-Your-Own Smashburger Bar Variety Option
  Made in 10-person increments, the bar includes an assortment of individually wrapped burgers with four beef, two crispy chicken, two grilled chicken and two black beans on toasted buns. It also includes individually packaged condiments with a choice of American or Cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, Smash Sauce, mayo and ketchup.
• Crispy Chicken Tender Bar
  Made for 10-person increments, it contains 30 tenders and ranch, BBQ and ketchup dipping sauce.
• Individual Boxed Meals, which features a classic entree and a choice of side, with cookies and drinks available as add-ons. Breakfast, salad and vegetarian options are also available.

The catering menu offerings start at $7 per person and will vary depending on the location and number of people. Guests may place catering orders directly on Smashburger.com or EZCater.com.
