Sloan's ice cream hits the Santa Monica market

Sloan's Ice Cream is getting ready to open its second location in the Los Angeles area, this time in Santa Monica, California.

The new location, at The Gallery on Third Street Promenade, will offer candy, pastries and toys.

"We knew we had to continue to grow the brand in Los Angeles and we're hopeful locals and visitors alike will be as excited as we are about the new location," said Sloan Kamenstein, CEO and founder, in a release.
