Slim Chickens taps Cardiff for second UK location

Slim Chickens will open its second U.K. location in Cardiff.

The 2,400-sqare-foot store, which is scheduled to open before the Christmas holiday, will be housed in the St David's shopping center, according to a Food Service Equipment Journal report. There will be seating for 92 customers.

The new location comes just six months after Slim Chickens opened its first U.K. location. The fast casual brand has 80 stores in the U.S.
