Slim Chickens still hatching across the pond

Slim Chickens, which features dine-in and drive-thru service in the better-chicken segment, is adding a location in the United Kingdom at Exeter Cres, Bournemouth BH2 5DD. JRK Restaurants and Boparan Restaurant Group are at the helm of the location.

The Fayetteville, Arkansas-based brand has more than 135 locations in the U.S. and the U.K. and over 600 locations in development.

"As we continue to expand across the globe, we are so glad to have groups like JRK Restaurants and Boparan Restaurant Group along our side propelling our growth," Jackie Lobdell, vice president of franchise development at Slim Chickens, said in the release. "I know these groups will do an amazing job introducing the brand to the local Bournemouth community."
