Slim Chickens nesting in North Dakota

Fayetteville, Arkansas-based Slim Chickens is opening at 3118 3rd Ave. W, in North Dakota, its second location in the state.

"Williston will absolutely love our flavorful offerings, and we know that Preferred Restaurant Group's location will become a mealtime staple for the community," Jackie Lobdell, vice president of franchise development at Slim Chickens, said in a company press release. "Continuing our expansion across the country is a very rewarding process — serving communities is what we do best, and we can't wait to bring our fan-favorite chicken and house-made dipping sauces to even more people."

The better-chicken brand has opened over 160 locations in the U.S. and U.K. and has over 800 locations in development.
