Slim Chickens inks 30-unit deal

Slim Chickens has inked a deal with Charlotte-based Break Bread Ventures as well as an investor group to add 30 locations in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.

"Break Bread Ventures is the type of franchise partner that we're looking for, and with their experience, we have no doubt that their locations will be a success," Jackie Lobdell, vice president of franchise development at Slim Chickens, said in a company press release. "We're excited to break into new markets and grow the Slim Chickens brand in the coming months."

Based in Fayetteville, Arkansas Slim Chickens has 125 locations open and 500 restaurants in development.
