Slim Chickens hatches 150th store

Fayetteville, Arkansas-based Slim Chickens, which features dine-in and drive-thru service in the better-chicken segment, is opening its 150th restaurant this week in partnership with DHR Group. The restaurant is located at 6 Channing Way in Jackson, Tennessee.

"Hitting this milestone is a huge feat for Slim Chickens," Jackie Lobdell, vice president of franchise development at Slim Chickens, said in a company press release. "We could not be prouder of the brand we have built, and we have our incredible franchisees to thank for our accomplishments.
