Slim Chickens entering Wisconsin

Fayetteville, Arkansas-based Slim Chickens, which has over 210 locations in the U.S. and U.K., is entering Wisconsin at 601 W. Northland Ave., in Appleton, thanks to a partnership with multi-unit operating group Prel Investments.

"We are thrilled to bring our southern hospitality and quality, cooked-to-order comfort food to Appleton, Wisconsin," Jackie Lobdell, vice president of franchise development at Slim Chickens, said in a company press release. "Reputable operating groups like Prel Investments are a prime example of the kind of partners we're looking for, and we're eager to share our hand-breaded chicken tenders and inviting atmosphere to more communities nationwide and globally."
