Slim Chickens adds home state location

Slim Chickens opened last week at 401 S. Thompson St., in Springdale, Arkansas, under the direction of multi-unit operating group, Slim Chickens Support Center.

Based in Arkansas, the better-chicken brand has opened over 215 locations across the United States and the United Kingdom.

"We are thrilled to bring our southern hospitality and quality cooked-to-order chicken tenders to more residents in Springdale," Jackie Lobdell, vice president of franchise development at Slim Chickens, said in a company press release. "With this being the second location in the area, this opening signifies the dedication and hunger we have for growth starting right at home."
