Slice House by Tony Gemignani has opened in Boulder, Colorado, according to a press release.

The fast casual concept is open in Boulder's busy Twenty Ninth Street Retail District.

"Boulder represents everything we love about great food communities – it's got this perfect blend of academic energy, outdoor culture, and people who really appreciate quality," Gemignani said in the press release. "The Cutter family knows this market inside and out, and together we're excited to add something special to Boulder's already impressive restaurant landscape."

The restaurant is under the helm of the Cutter family, Colorado locals.

"What excites us most about Boulder is the community's appreciation for both convenience and craftsmanship," Jamey Cutter, director of operations, added in the press release. "Whether it's students grabbing a slice between classes, families enjoying a night out, or friends gathering after a hike in the Flatirons, we look forward to opening our doors and welcoming the Boulder community."

Slice House has more than 140 units open or in development.
