Slapfish, a restaurant specializing in boat-to-plate dining, plans to open two locations in Oklahoma City by the end of the year and a third by the end of 2019, according to a company press release.
"Oklahoma City is also a booming market with a need for quality fast casual seafood restaurants, and I can't wait to introduce this incredible concept to my home state," Owner Mechelle Petty, said in the release.
The 13-unit franchise, founded in 2011, by Chef Andrew Gruel in California, will open in London by the end of the year.
