Sip Savvy, Einstein Bros., Red Mango land at San Jose airport

The three new restaurants, operated by airport concessionaire Mission Yogurt, will operate in Terminal A.

November 25, 2014

Airport concessionaire Mission Yogurt Inc. announced the opening of three new operations -- Sip Savvy, Einstein Bros. Bagels and Red Mango Yogurt & Smoothies – in Terminal A at Mineta San Jose International Airport in San Jose, California.

"Passengers traveling through Terminal A are experiencing a new level of energy and excitement thanks to our three new concessions at gates 10 and 11," said Director of Aviation Kim Becker Aguirre in a company press release. "Travelers are drawn to the smell of freshly baked bagels and breads, the sight of colorful and cool yogurt and smoothies, and conversations of those relaxing over small plates and cool beverages. There is something for everyone."

Mission Yogurt worked with AcornVac to install a water vacuum drainage system in the three restaurants to mitigate risk of water leaks onto the baggage system, located below the restaurants. The system also allows Mission Yogurt the flexibility to easily change the layout of its concepts in the future.

Mission Yogurt also operates San Jose Joe’s at SJC, which opened in October 2010. Additionally, the company operates 11 dining offerings at Denver International Airport, including two Einstein Bros. Bagels locations. Mission Yogurt also operates two Einstein Bros. Bagels in San Diego International Airport, as well.
