Shipley Do-Nuts announced Friday its 18th consecutive quarter of positive sales growth in the second quarter of 2025. The company also expanded its footprint into a 14th state and opened 16 locations in the first half of the year.
The strategic expansion included Shipley's entry into Virginia with a June opening in Lynchburg. The company also signed a deal in the second quarter to open its first Missouri location in Branson by early 2026.
"Shipley Do-Nuts continues to prove that quality products are the foundation of consistent success and strong new market entries," Shipley Do-Nuts CEO Flynn Dekker said in a company press release. "Eighteen consecutive quarters of positive growth is a testament to the strength of our brand and the dedication of our franchise partners."
Shipley is on track to open over 40 shops by the end of 2025, with 10 slated for the third quarter, including a flagship location in Nashville Yards development. The brand has over 200 units in its development pipeline.
The company's expansion follows momentum from the first quarter of 2025, when it opened its first North Carolina location and signed a 30-unit development agreement to enter New Mexico and South Florida.
Founded in 1936, Houston-based Shipley Do-Nuts operates over 375 company-owned and franchised restaurants across 14 states.
