The Los Angeles Daily News recently named Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill "Best Mexican Cuisine" for the fifth consecutive year. The award was determined by 30,000 voters who participated in the annual Los Angeles Daily News "Readers' Choice Award."

"To us, food is fuel," CEO/Founder Steve Paperno said in a company press release. "We source the best ingredients and seek out organic, natural and local ingredients that meet our standards. We love creating an experience where our guests feel really good about what they eat. That spirit shows up in how we cook, and what we source.
