Shane's Rib Shack to serve free ribs

ATLANTA — Shane's Rib Shack is celebrating May, the official barbecue month, by giving away free ribs to the first 100 guests at every location May 17.
The first 100 guests will each receive a free ½ rack of baby rack ribs and a free large Coca-Cola Zero. In addition, they will receive an official numbered "Shaniac" Jersey T-shirt.
For those who don't make the first 100, Shane's will offer consolation prizes such as certificates to "Treat Your Friend to Shane's" with a special buy one get one free offer.
"There's no food that brings friends together during the summer season like BBQ and that's the sentiment we want to convey during ‘100 Days of Backyard BBQ,'" said Shane Thompson, founder of Shane's Rib Shack. "As we continue to expand across America, our friends can sleep easy knowing Shane's will give them a wake-up call to kick off the official beginning of BBQ season."
