Shake Shack rolls out first new burger since 2012

Shake Shake will add its ShackMeister Burger to the menu for a limited time starting Jan. 1.

The ShackMeister Burger, previously known as the MeisterBurger, won the Judge's Choice award for "Best Burger" at the 2014 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival Burger Bash.

The ShackMeister Burger (single, $6.19; double, $8.99) consists of a 100-percent all-natural Angus beef cheeseburger topped with crispy marinated shallots and ShackSauce.
