Scooter's Coffee has hired Felicia White as director of franchise training to implement next-generation training approaches, including a learning management system, e-learning opportunities and facilitator-led engagements, according to a company press release.

White has held various training and development leadership roles with Church's Chicken, including VP of global operations training and development, where she managed global training for several of the company's brands. As senior director of training and development, she led the most successful limited-time offer rollout in years, which resulted in her being named as the winner of the Innovator category of Hospitality Technology's 2020 Top Women in Restaurant Technology.

Founded in 1998 by Don and Linda Eckles in Bellevue, Nebraska, Scooter's Coffee has nearly 600 stores in 27 states.
